Yes, good point and I agree with you. That’s where things like town hall meetings become useful. The problem is when almost everything is communicated via a meeting. It’s like Jeff Bezos’ notion of Type 1 v Type 2 decisions. The reality is most things won’t need to be communicated via meeting, and the types of meetings you’re talking about should be few and far between. But yes, there are always grey areas in any argument!
