We're already seeing this with brain drains to tech startups as well as large tech companies that embody these values (i.e. Atlassian), but they still make up a smaller share of the broader knowledge work market.

The big four consulting firms alone have about 1 million employees globally.

As more companies embrace these methods, top talent will increasingly say "no" to dated workplace practices.
