The idea is not to complete eliminate meetings, but to eliminate unnecessary meetings. With people spending 15–25 hours a week in meetings, and executives saying that 75% of their meetings are ineffective and a waste of time, there is much time to be saved here.

Again, it comes back to being intentional with how we work.
