It sure can.

As an artist — whether a performer, writer, musician, painter, comedian etc — the ability to cultivate focused time to create is key. If you’re constantly being interrupted then your ability to create quality content will be compromised significantly. Whether you work alone, or with others, getting to level 4 and batching your communication so you have dedicated hours of the day just for thinking and creating is crucially important.
